Billing & payments

Paid features and purchases are processed through Paddle. Pricing, taxes, and billing terms shown at checkout apply. All payments are subject to Paddle’s terms as the payment processor/merchant of record.

• One-time purchases: if available, one-time purchases grant access to the purchased entitlement (for example, credits) after successful payment.
• Subscriptions: if available, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy shown at checkout.
• Taxes: taxes may be calculated and added at checkout depending on your location.

Delivery of digital services

The Service is delivered electronically. Access is provided through your account and is generally available immediately after purchase confirmation.

If delivery fails (for example, credits are not applied), contact eddallal.noureddine@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds & chargebacks

Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy and the policy shown at checkout. You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Paddle may be the merchant of record for transactions and may process refunds, chargebacks, and payment-related disputes.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at eddallal.noureddine@gmail.com so we can help before you initiate a chargeback. Excessive chargebacks or suspected fraud may result in account suspension.

Cancellation

If you have a subscription, you can cancel renewal through your account (if available) or via the links and instructions provided by Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund already paid periods unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout.
